Her background includes leading roles in programming, space planning, design management, and owner representation for large-scale retail and mixed-use projects—translating vision into buildable, cost-effective solutions. Her experience at the intersection of design, development, and construction enables her to guide project teams with a comprehensive understanding of real-world execution. In her role as a Pre-Design Manager, Erica draws on this foundation to help clients define the scope, strategy, and feasibility of projects before formal design begins.
