Hunter Grunsted serves as Director of Business Development for the healthcare market team, building strategic relationships with healthcare leaders, industry partners, and project stakeholders. He helps organizations align long-term vision with practical strategies for facilities, growth, and care delivery. His approach centers on understanding each organization’s priorities, connecting the appropriate expertise, and supporting decisions that create lasting value for patients, providers, staff, and communities. Hunter’s professional background includes commercial interiors and architectural solutions. Most recently, he served as co-founder and owner of Evrsphere, a sustainability consulting firm focused on energy performance, building optimization, building certifications, technology integration, and related consulting services. He brings experience in healthy, high-performing buildings to the healthcare team. Hunter earned a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Recreation Management, with a focus in economics, from the University of Iowa and holds certificates in international business and entrepreneurial management. He serves on the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Northland Chapter’s Twin Cities Finest Board and supports Ronald McDonald House, Habitat for Humanity, United Way, Joy Collaborative, and Dance Marathon.
