Jake Boerboon is a Senior Project Manager specializing in mission critical and high-tech construction, with 27 years of industry experience delivering technically complex projects from preconstruction through completion. He has led work across data centers, advanced laboratory facilities, specialized research environments, and healthcare facilities, managing high-stakes scopes that include complex MEP systems, long-lead equipment procurement, and IT infrastructure readiness.  His approach emphasizes value management, proactive risk mitigation, and owner-focused delivery. He is skilled in subcontractor performance management, progress scheduling, and cross-disciplinary team coordination across technically demanding environments. Jake holds a B.S. in Construction Management from North Dakota State University and an ASHE Healthcare Construction Certificate (HCC). He serves as president of the ACE Mentorship Program and supports the St. Paul Police K9 Foundation.
