As Director or Project Planning and Development, James helps organizations plan building projects the right way before construction begins. With over 25 years in facility assessment, management, planning, and analysis he is able to help clients clarify their infrastructure needs and determine early on what is needed, how much it will cost, how it will be funded and how the project should be delivered. James earned his B.A. in Business Management from St. Leo University and is certified Energy Manager, High Performance Building Operator and qualified Commissioning Process Provider. He is also a member of ASHRAE and Association of Energy Engineers (No Boards, currently) list any boards here.
