Katie joined Kraus-Anderson Realty Company in June of 2023 as an Assistant Property Manager and was promoted to Property Manager in January 2025.† Responsibilities include the daily operation of the property buildings, including repair and maintenance, creating, and maintaining favorable relationships with tenants, promotional activities, lease renewals, review of prospective tenants, administration of new leases, review of financial data, and budgeting. Prior to joining Kraus-Anderson Realty Company, she worked in the real estate industry for over seven years in various capacities.
