Kris will serve as the project manager from preconstruction through construction completion. She will provide management oversight of all project elements including budget and schedule control and overall project communication. In addition to comprehensive preconstruction phase cost estimating, value engineering, and project scheduling, Kris will develop a cash flow disbursement schedule for use by the Owner. She will also provide the front-end bidding documents and generate bidder interest in the project. Her responsibilities will include subcontractor performance review, subcontractor negotiation and award, monitoring and updating progress schedules, and administration of job site staff.
