Leslie oversees all human resource functions at Kraus-Anderson. She has over 25 years of experience in the human resource field and is also a licensed attorney. She is an accomplished and innovative leader with a proven record of talent and performance management, business strategy and program development. Known for building high-performing cultures, architecting talent strategies, and influencing executive decision-making with authenticity and impact. Greves earned her B.A. in Communication from the University of North Dakota and J.D. from Hamline University School of Law. Her previous experience includes leading diverse HR functions: Strategic Business Partnership, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, and International HR at a Fortune 100 company. Recognized for fostering organizational transformation, driving executive succession strategies, and navigating complex business challenges with clarity and decisiveness. A confident, inspirational communicator who creates safe, trust-based relationships to unlock individual and organizational potential. Greves currently serves on the HR Executive Advisory Committee for Fraser; HR Committee and Board Member for MacPhail School of Music; Governance Committee and Board Member for Withall; Governing Body Member & Panelist for Gartner C-Level Communities (CHRO); and the Northernettes Parent Advisory Board Member. She has previously served as a volunteer for Park Nicollet Health Services and Melrose Center.
