Paige joined Kraus-Anderson Realty Company in 2019 as a Property Manager. Paige is responsible for management of the KA Block, a downtown mixed-use development that includes Kraus-Anderson’s corporate headquarters, a high-rise apartment building, an eight-story hotel, The Mosaic, and a two-level underground parking ramp. Paige is also responsible for the management of Southtown Shopping Center, a 530,000 sf retail power center located in the heart of Bloomington. Paige provides strategic leadership to her team, ensuring operational excellence, fostering strong tenant relationships, and enhancing financial performance across a diverse commercial portfolio. She also supervises one Property Manager responsible for managing over 376,000 square feet of commercial and office space. Her responsibilities include daily property operations, budgeting, financial reporting, maintenance oversight, lease renewals, vendor management, tenant improvements, and crisis communication planning. Paige holds a B.S. in Real Estate with an emphasis in Property Management from St. Cloud State University.
