Tracy Pogue leads business development for Kraus-Anderson’s Bemidji office, bringing 35 years of experience in business development, entrepreneurship, real estate lending, sales training, and sales management. He previously held licensure as a Minnesota Realtor and has built a strong network across northern Minnesota through both professional and community leadership. Tracy is a dedicated community advocate, having served on the boards of the United Way of Bemidji Area, Sanford Health Foundation, and the Bemidji Area Chamber of Commerce. He is a member of the Bemidji Rotary Club and actively contributes to local economic development through the Bemidji Alliance. Tracy is especially passionate about supporting youth and families through education, mentorship, and community engagement in the regions Kraus-Anderson serves.
