Wayne is the strategic finance leader for Kraus-Anderson's diversified portfolio of construction, real estate and insurance businesses collectively known as the Operating Business Units (OBUs). He drives financial strategy, governance, and performance to support growth, operational excellence, and long-term enterprise value creation. Wayne brings over 25 years' experience in senior financial, operational and enterprise risk management to his work, including two decades in executive financial roles at Clark Construction Group, LLC in Bethesda, MD. He joined KA Construction in 2019, most recently serving as Senior Vice President, Finance prior to stepping into this enterprise role. He holds an MBA from the University of Maryland University College in College Park, MD and a B.S. in Business Administration, Finance and Economics from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore in Princess Anne, MD. Wayne is a member of Financial Executives International, Twin Cities Chapter. In addition, he is Board Chair of Twin Cities RISE! providing comprehensive workforce development to under and unemployed individuals with the mission of transforming the lives of those impacted by racial or socio-economic barriers through Personal Empowerment, career training and meaningful employment. He also serves as Board Vice Chair of Summit Academy Opportunities Industrialization Center (OIC), an accredited nonprofit Career and Technical Education (CTE) institute in North Minneapolis.
