Kraus-Anderson Bismarck names Scott Staudinger Director of Business Development

The Bismarck office of Kraus-Anderson (KA) has hired Scott Staudinger as director of business development.

Staudinger comes to KA from Cloverdale Foods Company in Mandan, N.D. where he was the vice president of government affairs and human resources.  He previously was the director of institutional research and data management at the University of Mary in Bismarck.  Staudinger also served as company commander and commissioned officer for the North Dakota Army National Guard and United States Army.

Staudinger received two bachelor’s degrees from Dickinson State University and a master’s degree from Minot State University.  He also is a senior certified SHRM (Society for Human Resources Management) professional.  Staudinger serves on the boards of the Bismarck-Mandan Chamber and Economic Development Council, Greater North Dakota Chamber, and the United States Employee Support of the National Guard and Reserves. He also is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management Executive Network.
