Kraus-Anderson completes Jackson Commons Park in Shakopee

Kraus-Anderson (KA) has completed construction on Jackson Commons Park for the City of Shakopee located at 2345 Zumbro Ave.

Designed by Confluence Architects, the new $4.2 million township park features a series of bike skills trails, including those with jumps, curves and challenges for more veteran riders, as well as a “Tot Track” for beginners.

Jackson Commons Park includes a bike repair station, a picnic area with a shelter and a playground with special features that will provide hours of safe/fun/play options.

The park also features numerous walking trails, additional naturalized bike paths, and benches to relax and enjoy the pond and natural surroundings filled with native prairie grasses, flowers and over 200 new trees and shrubs.
