Kraus-Anderson completes remodel at Lakeview Clinic in Waconia, Minn.

Kraus-Anderson has completed an interior and exterior remodel ofLakeview Clinic, located at 424 W State Highway 5, Waconia, Minn.

Designed by DSGW Architecture, the project includes a comprehensive 10,000–square-foot renovation.  Key updates include relocating the main entrance; phased enhancements to the waiting areas and registration desk; and the expansion and renovation of the OB/GYN and podiatry clinics as well as the Optical Shop.  The project also added new patient parking, including close, accessible handicap stalls directly adjacent to the new entrance.

Lakeview Clinic is an independent, physician-owned multispecialty group that has served the southwest metro for 70 years.  In addition to its Waconia headquarters, Lakeview operates clinics in Chaska, Norwood and Watertown.  The organization includes 60 providers, with five more joining later this year.  Specialties include family medicine, pediatrics, internal medicine, OB/GYN, general surgery, optometry, podiatry, in-house laboratory services, and multiple imaging modalities such as general X-ray, 3D mammography, CT, ultrasound and bone density.

Construction on the renovation began September 2025.
