Kraus-Anderson Milwaukee selected as construction manager for new Olympia Fields VA Clinic in Oconomowoc

The Milwaukee office of Kraus-Anderson (KA) has been selected as construction manager to build a new VA healthcare clinic at Olympia Fields in Oconomowoc, Wis., located on Hy. 67 with access to I-94 and Hy. 16. Kraus-Anderson is one of the nation’s top healthcare construction managers.

Designed by Plunkett Raysich Architects, the 9,000-square-foot medical clinic will be leased by the Veteran’s Administration.  The facility will include new reception and waiting areas, conference room, exam rooms, women’s health exam areas, mental health services, consultation rooms and telehealth as well as team workroom areas.

The project’s developer is Wangard Partners, a Milwaukee-based national real estate investment firm, and property development and management company.  Wangard is the developer of Olympia Fields, a mixed-use development that includes The Locklyn Apartment Community (www.thelocklyn.com) and a Sendiks Food Market. The site will also feature hotel, medical offices, commercial outlets, a recreational bike trail and more.

Construction on the new healthcare clinic will begin in May and is expected to be completed in December 2023.
