LSE Architects Moves to Expansive, New Digs in North Minneapolis
February 28, 2023
LSE Architects (LSE) recently moved to a new workplace environment at 1401 Glenwood Avenue in Minneapolis in order to accommodate the unprecedented growth of staff and projects currently taking place within the firm. Expansion is expected to continue as LSE moves through its second decade in business.
LSE’s new, two-story 36,000-square-foot workspace environment features a split-level entry vestibule with 60 workstations, three private offices, and a redesign of the interior layout. An enclosed garage houses 10 parking stalls and an exterior lot accommodates an additional 50 stalls. Upgrades include new windows and mechanical rooftop units.
The construction manager is Kraus-Anderson, which has worked with LSE since 2012 on over 50 projects totaling more than $614 million. The two firms work together in several building sectors with a majority of projects in K-12 education.
