Sonoran Crest Construction – A Division of Kraus-Anderson Construction Company
Earlier this year, Kraus-Anderson Construction Company (KA) announced it had acquired Phoenix-based Sonoran Crest Construction, a 20-year-old firm with an established brand and healthcare presence in the southwest U.S. The new name, Sonoran Crest Construction – A Division of Kraus-Anderson Construction Company, is located at 1401 North 24th Street in Phoenix.
Through market sector diversification and geographic expansion, the acquisition will expand KA’s growth in the southwest U.S., the fifth largest construction market in the country and a national hub for the healthcare industry, one of KA’s largest building units. In addition to healthcare, KA brings to the region a vast portfolio in numerous building sectors, including education, commercial, hospitality, offices, retail, housing and mixed-use developments, as well as deep experience with buildouts and special projects.
