This month we have the exciting opportunity to celebrate Women In Construction Week. Women make up just about 10% of the construction workforce. Today, I’m joined by fur of these women; from carpenters to project managers to former interns and executives, there’s something they can teach every one of us in this industry! 

Guest 1: Minnie Sindt, Senior Project Coordinator with 18 years of experience. Her background in healthcare teed her up nicely for working on projects at Regions Hospital, which she has been dedicatedly working on for over 5 years.  

Guest 2: Bella Sawyer, Assistant Project Manager. Her experience as an intern at KA gives her a unique perspective to share with young people entering the construction workforce.  

Guest 3: Jaki Scott, Director of Operations, KA Phoenix, AZ. As an executive in an upstarting construction management office, she shares her tips for women balancing life with a demanding professional career.  

Guest 4: Shanna Haney, Lead Project Coordinator. With almost 11 years’ experience spanning data centers, commercial projects, and finally landing in the government market sector, Shanna gives us a wholistic and optimistic look at life working in the built marketplace.
