"Arbors II Assisted Living, located in Burnsville and owned by Ebenezer Management Services, is a $12 million, 63-unit Assisted Living building on the Arbors at Ridges campus in Burnsville. The addition to the campus of Arbors II Assisted Living enables Ebenezer to convert an existing building on the campus to Memory Care space. Arbors II Assisted Living brings 63 assisted living units to the five-acre campus at 13897 Community Drive near Fairview Ridges Hospital. Since the completion of Arbors II, residents at an existing 44-unit assisted living building on the Arbors campus will move in and the older space will be converted to much-needed memory care units. Arbors II Assisted Living includes patios, gardens, a four-season porch, walking paths, a movie theater, library, beauty and barber shop, physical therapy space, a clubroom, dining rooms, chapel, coffee shop, gift shop and lounges. Arbors at Ridges

Developed and built by Kraus-Anderson, Arbors at Ridges is a three-story, 80,000 SF senior living facility on the Ebenezer Ridges campus. The new facility provides 55 assisted living/independent apartments, six Care Suites designed for post-operative and therapy residents and one guest suite, for a total 62 apartments. Residence unit enhancements include lower countertops, laundries in units and walk-in closets. Other amenities include a movie theater, beauty and barber shop, physical therapy area, club room, dining rooms, chapel, lounges, underground parking, patios, gardens and walking paths. The new facility allows for renovation of the former assisted living facility to memory care, completing the care continuum on the campus.
