In 2018, Kraus-Anderson completed the 57,940-square-foot remodel, renovation, and expansion of the Burnsville City Hall & Police Department. The project consisted of three additions, including a 31-stall garage for the squad cars, a front entry vestibule and lobby for the police department, and a three-car garage for processing evidence. The two-phase project also renovated the City Hall community and meeting rooms, creating a more multi-functional space with updated furnishes and technology. KA is currently partnered with the City of Burnsville on an additional expansion of City Hall and Police Department that is scheduled to be completed in 2028.
