The Cub Foods Phalen store is the first grocery store in the nation to achieve LEED gold certification. Sustainable highlights include water efficient landscaping, enhanced refrigerant management, water use and light pollution reduction, solar-powered GPS skylights and LED lighting. This project is one of more than 400 projects KA has completed for SUPERVALU, including new store construction, store conversions, remodeling and upgrades.
