St. Therese Catholic Church partnered with Ebenezer Society to form St. Therese Senior Living, LLC, the joint venture that built Deephaven Woods. Deephaven Woods Senior Living fulfills the Church of St. Therese’s desire to further its mission by providing a housing option to the region’s growing senior population. The new senior living community is located on a 14-acre site, part of the church’s 26-acre campus. The two-story development consists of 78 units of independent, assisted living, memory care and Care Suite apartments, and is enhanced by on site amenities including a chapel, heated underground parking garage, an expansive two-story lobby, and outdoor patios, porches, gardens and walking paths. Kraus-Anderson worked closely with client St. Therese Church and the City of Deephaven to develop this two-story senior living community with 78 units of independent, assisted living, memory care and Care Suite apartments. Located on a 14-acre site, amenities include chapel, heated underground parking, two-story lobby and connections to nature, with outdoor patios, porches, gardens and walking paths.
