Groove Lofts at Northstar Center is a large-scale multi-family renovation project in Minneapolis, MN. This 13-story building, totaling 329,000 SF, was developed by Sherman Associates, a long-time KA client. The renovation includes historic preservation and includes 216 market-rate apartments. In addition to the residential units, there will be amenities such as a fitness center, retro game room, creative spaces and a film screening room.
