Tenant improvement remodel for KAAL TV news station. ABC 6 news moved from its existing offices to the new facility following an aggressive 11-week schedule that included demolition of existing space, new electrical/mechanical, new exterior cut openings for windows and entry, metal stud framing, drywall, pipe grid ceilings, paint, flooring, wall tile, casework, specialties and high image finishes. The front entry facade is a steel structure with metal mesh and features a LumenPulse light fixture that presents an array of LED colors.
