Residents can enjoy a variety of upscale amenities in a modern, urban setting, including an exercise room, work room, ample storage for residentsí belongings, multi-purpose room, business center, dog-wash, bicycle/kayak storage and a coffee bar, as well as indoor and outdoor parking spaces. The 255,000-square-foot building also features large windows, exposed brick, fourth-floor clubhouse, rooftop deck with barbecue area, fire pits, outdoor TV and views of the Mississippi, Black and La Crosse Rivers.
