Kraus-Anderson (KA) completed construction of a new Science Hall on the campus of† North Dakota State University (NDSU) in Fargo, ND. The $52 million project with a $44 million construction value replaced the outdated, 57-year old Dunbar Hall chemistry building on the campus with a new four-story laboratory intensive building that incorporates right-sized research labs with teaching labs, graduate student workspaces, classrooms, and a variety of student support and study spaces ó all within an energy efficient design. There also is a 6,200 SF skyway system connecting the building to the Memorial Union and adjacent buildings. The project is designed by Zerr Berg Architects and BWBR Architects.
