Kraus-Anderson completed construction of the 381,163-square-foot Omni Viking Lakes Hotel. The hotel is the mainstay of the Viking Lakes mixed-use development project that includes the Twin Cities Orthopedic Performance Center for the Minnesota Vikings, which KA built in 2018.†The 14-story, 320-key hotel features 35,000 square feet of event space, including a ballroom, pre-event and meeting spaces.† Amenities include a full-service spa, fitness center, underground parking, three dining options and a bar terrace with access to the Viking Lake mixed-use development. Kraus-Anderson received a <a href="https://www.krausanderson.com/about/news/kraus-anderson-earns-safety-award-for-construction-of-omni-viking-lakes-hotel/">2020 Construction Health and Safety Excellence (CHASE) award</a> from the Associated General Contractors of Minnesota (AGC) for the construction of the hotel.
