Kraus-Anderson completed the 86,400-square-foot Pittsburgh Blue Steakhouse on the street level of the Hilton in Downtown Rochester. The 240-seat restaurant is the city of Rochester's first true steakhouse. It includes a casual tavern area, formal dining room, private dining options, and a full-service bar. Part of the mixed-use Hilton project, Pittsburgh Blue is part of Rochester's Destination Medical Center development plan, a 20-year, $5.6 billion investment to grow the city as the Mayo Clinic continues to attract more visitors.
