Rochester Recreation and Senior Center

Kraus-Anderson completed the $21.5 million Rochester Recreation Center renovation and new Senior Recreation Center (125 Live) addition for the City of Rochester in 2016. The Rochester Recreation Center renovation and additions included existing pool locker room upgrades and the expansion and renovation of existing hockey locker rooms. KA also refurbished the existing 50-meter pool by adding an additional 10 meters in length and built an aquatic addition that houses a new 25-meter warm water pool. The new Senior Center building houses a fitness center, locker rooms, meeting rooms, classrooms, and activity spaces that support the many community-based activities that the facility offers.
