Kraus-Anderson has successfully completed Phase-1 of a comprehensive $43 million renovation and expansion project for Roseau Community Schools. This multi-phase project began in July 2020 and aims for full completion by Fall 2022. High school Enhancements New classrooms were created to better support career and technical education. A music suite was created to provide a dedicated space for band and choir members. Improvements were made on the Administrative and Common Spaces for staff and students. Additionally, the gymnasium was improved to allow more space for physical education and community use. Elementary School Improvements New safety and security measures were implemented at the primary entrance area. Traffic flow improvements were made to allow for smoother parent and bus pick-up/drop-off areas. Infrastructure Upgrades System replacements took place that upgraded ventilation, heating, electrical, lighting, roofing and insulation. Additionally, new measures were taken to address ADA deficiencies, safety and security measures, and updating fire and life safety codes.
