First commercial property in the U.S. constructed of engineered wood materials
T3- Timber, Transit & Technology- is the first commercial property in the U.S. to use engineered wood material for its interior and structure. The award-winning, seven-story office building was designed to complement the historic architecture of its North Loop Minneapolis neighborhood. The structure will include 12,000 s.f. of ground floor retail space topped by offices on floors two through seven. Amenities include a 10,000 s.f. tenant area with fitness center, social workspace, rooftop patio and 100 stalls of bike parking.
