KA’s long-time employees receive something extra: membership in the KA Silver Service Club.

Each spring, Kraus-Anderson celebrates its longtime employees with the Silver Service Awards, recognizing employees that have attained 25+ years of service to KA. This year, KA Construction inducted six employees into the program:

  • Dan Braaten, General Superintendent
  • Bill Born, Project Superintendent
  • Terry Coleman, Project Superintendent
  • Laurie Fronk, Senior Project Coordinator
  • Chris Larkin, Project Superintendent
  • Dave Mondry, Project Superintendent

Speaking to the Silver Service members at the awards program, KA Chairman Bruce Engelsma said, “You embody KA’s core values in your adaptability to always-changing conditions, and your adherence to the highest standards of professional conduct and achievement. Your mentorship inspires our younger and newer employees and business partners to follow your example. And your genuine passion for what you do is what sets KA apart from all competition. You do us proud, each and every day.”[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
