While job-hopping has been a hot trend in the nation and the news in recent years, employees who stand the test of time don’t generally grab the headlines but do gain their own distinctive rewards: institutional knowledge, abiding relationships with colleagues and business partners, and a legacy of professional accomplishments. KA’s long-time employees receive something extra: membership in the KA Silver Service Club.
Each spring, Kraus-Anderson celebrates its longtime employees with the Silver Service Awards, recognizing employees that have attained 25+ years of service to KA. This year, KA Construction inducted six employees into the program:
- Dan Braaten, General Superintendent
- Bill Born, Project Superintendent
- Terry Coleman, Project Superintendent
- Laurie Fronk, Senior Project Coordinator
- Chris Larkin, Project Superintendent
- Dave Mondry, Project Superintendent
