Responsibilities include the daily operation of the property buildings, including repair and maintenance, lease renewals, creating and maintaining favorable relationships with tenants, review of financial data, and budgeting. Prior to joining Kraus-Anderson Realty Company, she worked as a real estate agent for over 10 years.
