As a key member of the executive leadership team at KA, Brad is responsible for overseeing and directing the company’s legal affairs, compliance programs, and corporate governance framework. He also serves as Corporate Secretary for KA, focused on ownership, corporate, and holding company issues, including managing KA’s oversight and governance practices to support the continued success of the organization. Brad joined KA’s legal team in 2016 and previously served as Corporate Secretary and Senior Associate General Counsel. He is a member of the Board of Directors for: Kraus-Anderson Companies, Inc.; Kraus-Anderson Construction Company; and the Kraus-Anderson Community Foundation. He also serves on the executive advisory committee for the Kraus-Anderson Health Care Plan and the administrative committee of the Kraus-Anderson Savings Plan. Outside of KA, Brad has served on the Board of the nonprofit One Village Partners. Brad earned his B.A. from Colgate University and his law degree from Northwestern University School of Law. He is also a Peace Corps alumnus having served in El Salvador.
