Kyle will provide cost estimating, value engineering, and MEP systems coordination services. He has a solid reputation for his cost estimating experience and knowledge of design and preconstruction engineering utilized in highly specialized MEP systems. He will provide life-cycle cost and option analysis, constructibility review, long-range planning, value management, and project phasing/scheduling as part of our preconstruction team. Kyle will develop a detailed approach to the installation, startup, commissioning, and occupancy/turnover with the project team.
