Stefan Michno joined Kraus-Anderson (KA) in 2015 and has extensive experience across multiple industries. With a professional background in civil engineering and construction management, Stefan Michno deeply understands the complexities of how design and construction impact real estate development. He has worked on numerous high-profile project types, from market-rate residential buildings, luxury hotels, professional sports facilities, and corporate offices to retail buildouts. Stefan is passionate about ESG and intentionally tailors his projects to better the communities in which he works. He creates mentorship programs as a liaison with Women-Owned or Minority Business Enterprises (WMBEs); to help them develop their business strategy and scale their business to have a greater impact on our local community. Stefan strives to help be a part of the solution to the need for more Diverse Business Enterprises (DBEs) to grow and have a bigger impact on our community. Stefan Michno holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management with a focus in Finance and Management.
