Todd Mell

As Director of Project Planning and Development for KA's Duluth office, Todd Mell is responsible for developing the office's growth strategy and serves as a key consultant with stakeholders on construction projects in education, healthcare, government and commercial market sectors. Prior to joining KA, he served 10 years at Duluth-based LHB as a shareholder, senior mechanical engineer and worked on design and commissioning projects for healthcare, government and education clients, also focusing on community engagement and business development. Mell earned his Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and is a Licensed Professional Engineer in Minnesota and Wisconsin. He serves the Board of the Hermantown Area Chamber of Commerce and is a member of Leadership Duluth's class of 2023 at the Duluth Chamber of Commerce.
