240 Park Avenue Apartments

The 240 Park Avenue Apartments are currently under construction, with an anticipated completion date of early 2021. The 17-story, 204-unit building includes a club room, fitness/yoga studio, pool/spa with sauna, and locker rooms. Outdoor amenities, located on the 6th and 17th floors, include a lanai with firepits, bocce ball, pergola, a pet spa and dog run area, and a private dining area with prep kitchen. The 410,000-square-foot, mixed-use building is positioned on a very tight urban site in downtown Minneapolis with one level of underground parking and 5 levels of above ground parking for 254 vehicles. Over 3,000-square-foot of retail space is planned on the first floor, along with a lobby, mailroom and gathering space.
