Kraus-Anderson completed a 98,250-square-foot liquor distribution warehouse on a 17-acre site for 7G Distributing in Davenport, IA. Construction included approximately 6,500 square feet of cold storage space, a 13,065-square-foot office with high-end finishes, warehouse offices, a 13,065 square foot mezzanine for future expansion, truck wash bay, vehicle storage area, and eight dock positions.
