Bryk on Broadway

The Rochester office of Kraus-Anderson has completed construction on Bryk on Broadway, a new $39.2 million, mixed-income affordable housing project in Rochesterís Destination Medical Center district._x000D_ Designed by ISG, the property features 180 units of mixed-income affordable housing, approximately 7,500 square feet of commercial and retail space on the ground floor and 140 climate-controlled parking stalls. The 6-story project also includes a 5th floor community room with outdoor terrace, 6th floor lounge, fitness center and ample outdoor landscaped gathering spaces that enhance the pedestrian experience, walkability and connections to multiple forms of transit.
