Deephaven Woods Senior Living

Kraus-Anderson worked closely with client St. Therese Church and the City of Deephaven to develop this two-story senior living community with 78 units of independent, assisted living, memory care and Care Suite apartments. Located on a 14-acre site, amenities include chapel, heated underground parking, two-story lobby and connections to nature, with outdoor patios, porches, gardens and walking paths.
