The Elliot Park Hotel

Part of the master-planned Kraus-Anderson Block, this 8-story, 168-key boutique luxury hotel is part of the Marriott Autograph Collection, featuring a unique design, hand-crafted comforts and a direct connection to the community. Awash in craftsmanship and custom features, the hotelís <em><i>hygge</i></em>-inspired amenities include a fireside lounge, event space, meeting rooms and a fitness center. The hotel also features Tavola, a farm-to-table restaurant. Kraus-Anderson worked closely with multiple stakeholders including the City, Elliot Park Neighborhood, developer Wilkinson Corporation, ESG Architects and numerous trades teams to create this distinctive destination and community asset.
