Spirit Mountain Chalet

The 14,826-square-foot, two-story ski chalet at Spirit Mountain houses several different operations, including a ski rental area, banquet room, bar and grill, and outdoor patio area. The wood-frame chalet contains a large great room with a fireplace and an expanse of windows looking up the ski slope. Other work included new surface parking lot, loop road renovations, new utilities, and grading.
