Becky is the Director of Project Planning and Development for KA's K-12 team. Joining our team in 2025, she brings over 19 years of experience in the architectural, engineering, and construction industry. In her role she leads the planning processes and facilitates conversations with communities and school district stakeholders to determine the optimal project that voters will support and best support the community. Becky has worked on various projects, including K12 schools, higher education, government, healthcare, and commercial developments. Her proficiency spans planning, facility assessments, multi-year referendum projects, and complex phased construction. She is also a member of the Minnesota Association of School Administrators (MASA); Minnesota Association of School Business Officials (MASBO); Minnesota Rural Education Association (MREA); Wisconsin Association of School Boards (WASB); and Wisconsin Association of School Business Officials (WASBO).
