Aaron Zabel Wins June 2022 Core Values Award. Aaron is a Senior Project Manager out of the Twin Cities Office, nominated by Jim Beckwith. The nomination reads:

Aaron represents the heart of the KA’s core values:

• Integrity:  For the past seven years, the senior housing clients have expressed to me the comfort level they have with Aaron. They know and trust he is managing their project to the best of his ability. He handles all interactions with honesty and sincerity and is passionate about understanding the client’s missions and goals.
• Commitment: Aaron works tirelessly to accommodate our client’s needs and requirements. He is committed to helping the client achieve their goals while attending to KA’s interests as well. Clients are so comfortable with Aaron they even contact him on the weekends for help!
• Team Work: The ultimate team player, Aaron is about helping a client in whatever way he can to resolve issues while making the client feel comfortable. By doing this the client knows he is advocating for them to complete their project.
• Value People: It is readily apparent to anyone and our clients that Aaron truly cares and takes to heart to missions of our clients and in the end. Building the best “homes” for our housing residents. Aaron has earned the trust and respect of all the clients we have introduced and worked for in the past several years, and proven how much he values people.

In the KA way, Aaron has earned the trust and respect with clients such as Mount Olivet, Ebenezer, Guardian Angels, VOA, Architects SRA, Pope, and others by successfully providing project management services on their projects. From minor remodels to much larger ground up facilities and major renovations, Aaron’s ability to deliver successful projects time after time has led to enduring and very positive relationships with all of our clients. I can rest assured that Aaron will continue my legacy of caring for, understanding, and providing the very best customer service for even as long as 30 years!
