Brad Anderson, Griffin Christensen win the July 2026 Core Value Awards

Brad Anderson, Superintendent, has won the July 2026 Core Values Award. KA's Mike Farmer submitted the nomination from two sources, which read:

“Just wanted to send you a note about how awesome Brad is, not that you don’t know already. He was with the whole crew last night to train the heating system at T2. He talked with everyone, worked with the construction team and all the tenants to make this happen, and convinced the EMC that it was ok to turn off the heating. He is really an asset to the team, and myself and the MAC team are lucky to have him as a leader and a partner on these projects.”

“I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for Brad’s excellent work. This was my first time working with him, and the experience was truly positive. Brad demonstrated a high level of responsiveness, care, and understanding of both the project and its stakeholders. He played a key role in keeping the project on track and effectively coordinated with other concurrent initiatives. His contributions made a significant impact on the project’s success. I just wanted to share my gratitude for all of Brad’s hard work and dedication.”

Griffin Christensen, Assistant Project Manager, has also won the July 2026 Core Values Award. KA's Gary Zifko and Ariel Corbett submitted the nomination, which reads:

“I’m sure if you’ve worked with Griffin, you’ve probably seen firsthand how hard he works at everything he does. Griffin consistently goes above and beyond at Westonka and has really been a key part of keeping this project running smoothly. He’s always willing to jump in wherever needed, help solve problems before they become bigger issues, and make sure things keep moving forward. His communication, attention to detail, and work ethic do not go unnoticed. I know the entire team appreciates everything he’s done throughout this process.”

– Ariel Corbett

“Griff has been an integral part of our project team and has gained the trust and respect of our clients.  The project is heavily phased and working throughout an active High School during the school year. Griff is always on top of the issues and provides consistent and accurate communication to the district staff to keep the project running smoothly.”
