Diane Toll has won the June 2019 KA Core Value Award for her leadership and coordination efforts related to Kraus-Anderson’s recognition as one of the Star Tribune Top Work Places
Congratulations to Diane Toll, Director of Human Resources in our Twin Cities office. Diane was nominated by KA’s Vice President of Human Resources, Leslie Greves, whose nomination follows:
“For the second year, Diane Toll has led Kraus-Anderson’s efforts in successfully winning the Star Tribune’s Top Work Places Award. Prior to the engagement survey being distributed, there are countless hours of work spent preparing the data and providing marketing information to ensure a smooth execution of the survey and reporting of results to our leadership teams. This year Diane has met and coached 15+ leaders on analyzing their engagement survey reports and how to conduct an insight meeting. In several cases, she has demonstrated just how much she and KA value people by leading or supporting our leaders in facilitating successful insight meetings ensuring our employees feel comfortable sharing honest feedback and helpful solutions are considered. Her support and coaching are a valuable asset to KA and one that our leaders appreciate. Her leadership on this initiative and ongoing commitment to KA’s core value of valuing people is deserving of this recognition.”
