Dustin Phillips Wins KA Core Purpose Award
Congratulations to Dustin Phillips, winner of the Kraus-Anderson Core Purpose Award for July 2018.
Phillips is a Project Manager II out of the Twin Cities office. He was nominated by Greg Wood, Director of Building Services of Washington County, whose nomination follows:
“Throughout the Washington County Public Works North Shop project, Dustin continuously displayed all four of Kraus-Anderson’s core values which was a major reason why the project was so successful. Dustin handles himself in a professional manner with the customer, contractors and the design team which built an environment of trust and respect which created a great team mentality amongst all members.
Even though Dustin was involved in a few large projects at the same time, he always made Washington County feel that we were the most important project by becoming fully immersed in the details and spent the time to know and understand all the moving parts of the project. He worked extremely well with the project superintendent and they made the whole process run very smoothly. As an owner, we feel that we got more than we paid for by having such a great project team from Kraus-Anderson and a wonderfully built new facility.” –Nominated by Greg Wood, Washington Co.
