Jamie has over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, with expertise in leasing, property management, commercial finance, and development. She joined the KA Realty team in 2008 and currently oversees a portfolio of nearly 500,000 square feet of office and commercial properties in the western suburbs. Jamie provides strategic leadership to a team of Property Managers, ensuring operational excellence, fostering strong tenant relationships, and enhancing financial performance across a diverse commercial portfolio. She also supervises two Property Managers responsible for managing over 1 million square feet of commercial and office space. Her responsibilities include daily property operations, budgeting, financial reporting, maintenance oversight, lease renewals, vendor management, tenant improvements, and crisis communication planning. She also contributes to internal initiatives through process improvements and participation on technology committees. Before joining KA, Jamie worked at a development firm where she managed development, leasing, property management, and commercial finance.
