Eric Quam Wins April 2023 Core Values Award
Eric Quam, project manager II from the Minneapolis office, won the April 2023 Core Values Award. Tim Mayer and Mathias Tobin submitted the nomination. It reads:
Valuing people is at the core of everything Kraus-Anderson (KA) does, and it’s instrumental in positioning us as an employer of choice and setting up our employees for success. Eric volunteered to be a KAmbassador mentor this year, and his impact in that role is already being felt.
Eric’s commitment to his role as mentor was instrumental in setting up his mentee (Mathias Tobin) for success at KA. In Mathias’ words:
“I can’t say enough about the program and specifically, my KAmbassador Eric. The ability to set aside time each month and have any questions answered about both my personal and professional career has been thoroughly appreciated. This mentorship allowed my learning curve at KA to be expedited while furthering my networking circle within the company and receiving sound advice from someone who has been in my shoes before. I have nothing but outstanding feedback for him and the time he carved out for me over the last six months.”
Our KAmbassador mentorship program is designed to help new hires get acclimated to Kraus-Anderson. That mentorship can truly be a difference-maker for new hires.
